In a peaceful setting just outside the village of St. Mars-sur-Colmont, this detached stone built holiday cottage has a wooden terrace overlooking a small private lake where fishing and a small boat are available *

In addition to the pretty town of Mayenne, you are close to Normandy (12km) and further afield the famous Mont St. Michel with its large beaches (81km). The spa centre, Bagnoles de l’Orne offers sporting activities, lake, pavement cafés and casino (40km).

Local amenities: Shop, café/bar and restaurant 1.3km.

Accommodation:

Ground floor: Lounge with wood burner & double doors which lead on to decking (see photo), kitchen/diner with large gas cooker, fridge , microwave & washing machine 

First floor: Bathroom with toilet, shower over bath and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 triple,  plus cot

Electric heating in bedrooms, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, €50 supplement Oct to Apr, bed linen and towels available (10€ supplement per person), cot, colour Freeview TV,  washing machine, microwave, garden with orchard, courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.

Additional services: WIFI will be available in 2012 ( supplement 15€ per week)

* NB: The lake is securely fenced but care must be taken especially with young children
