If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in rural France this is for you. The farmhouse has large grounds and a games room with table tennis plus new for 2012 a heated splash pool to keep the children happy. 

Close by is the château town of Fougères with its riverside setting, 18km.

Leisure and watersports can be found at Ambrières, 23km, and the spa centre of Bagnoles de l’Orne, 50km, has a lakeside casino and golf course. The coast is 64km away.

Shop and café/bar 1km, restaurant 9km.

Accommodation:

First floor: Two bedrooms: 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 large triple room. Mezzanine with large single bed.

There is another farmhouse across the courtyard with a further 3 bedrooms, enabling two families or a group of up to 14 people to stay together.

Outside there's a barbeque and sheltered area for dining. Large private garden and 5m diameter splash pool in covered barn.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet lane with only the occasional tractor passing by!

Oil central heating (supplement applies), woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, €50 supplement Oct to Apr, bed linen and towels available (10€ supplement per person), cot, highchair, colour satellite TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. WiFi available(15€ supplement per week) . Sorry, no pets.
